The Rig Platform

The Rig Platform provides shared technology supporting a family of Rig products and services.

A Rig account may allow you to access more than one product using a single identity. Access to an individual product may depend on your subscription, organization membership, invitation, promotion, complimentary access, tester status, or another applicable entitlement.

Having a Rig account does not automatically provide access to every Rig product.

Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by a failure of The Rig Platform to maintain reasonable security.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or organization.

Authentication

The Rig Platform may allow authentication using email and password, Google Sign-In, or other supported authentication providers.

When you use a third-party authentication provider, your use of that provider is also subject to its applicable terms and policies.

The Rig Platform may establish authentication sessions that allow participating Rig products to recognize your identity without requiring you to create separate credentials for each product.

Organizations and Memberships

A Rig account may belong to or participate in one or more organizations, studios, businesses, teams, or other workspaces.

Organization owners or administrators may invite users, assign roles, manage product access, and control certain information or functionality within their organization.

If you join an organization, information and content you create within that organization’s workspace may be controlled by the organization according to the functionality of the applicable Rig product.

Individual Rig Products

Rig products may provide different services, pricing, functionality, storage allowances, eligibility requirements, and commercial terms.

Where product-specific terms conflict with these general Platform Terms regarding a matter specific to that product, the product-specific terms control for that matter.

For example, The Capture Rig may maintain separate terms governing its subscription, galleries, storage, billing, client workflows, Crew Access, uploads, AI tools, and other Capture-specific functionality.

Subscriptions and Paid Services

Some Rig products require payment.

Pricing, billing cycles, included capacity, add-ons, refunds, cancellation rules, and other commercial conditions will be disclosed by the applicable Rig product or during checkout.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amounts disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in applicable product terms, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, files, text, profile information, business materials, and other content you submit to the services.

You grant Bespoke Visionaries LLC a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, transform, or otherwise handle your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the services you request.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, publish, share, or otherwise use content you submit through the services.

Public Content

Some Rig products may allow you to publish profiles, portfolios, pages, directory listings, photographs, links, services, recommendations, or other information publicly.

You are responsible for information you intentionally publish.

Publicly available information may be viewed, copied, linked to, indexed, or shared by other people or third-party services outside our control.

Acceptable Use

You may not use The Rig Platform or any Rig product to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware or malicious code; interfere with the operation or security of the services; gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; conduct fraudulent or deceptive activity; harass or threaten others; distribute illegal material; circumvent access, storage, billing, or usage restrictions; or use the services in a manner reasonably likely to damage the platform or other users.

Additional restrictions may apply to particular Rig products.

Third-Party Services

Rig products may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, payment processors, email services, calendar providers, cloud infrastructure, and other platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

We work to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may change as products evolve. We may add, modify, discontinue, or replace functionality where reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, or operation of the services.

Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will provide notice where appropriate.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms or applicable Product Terms, comply with law, address a security risk, or respond to unpaid amounts.

You may stop using The Rig Platform at any time.

Ending access to one Rig product does not necessarily delete your global Rig identity or terminate access to other Rig products.

Account deletion and data deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable product functionality.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Rig Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Visionaries LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Any additional or different liability provisions contained in applicable Product Terms will govern claims relating specifically to that product.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in The Rig Platform Privacy Policy.

Certain Rig products or features may provide additional privacy notices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as The Rig Platform evolves.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
