Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

The Rig Platform is a software platform operated by Bespoke Visionaries LLC (“Bespoke Visionaries,” “The Rig Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use The Rig Platform and the products, websites, applications, and services that operate through or connect to it.

The Rig Platform provides shared identity, account, organization, access, and related platform services for products that may include The Capture Rig, The Agency Rig, My Rig at myrig.page, and other Rig products and services that link to this Privacy Policy.

Certain products or features may provide additional privacy notices. Those notices supplement this Privacy Policy and apply when you use the applicable product or feature.

Information We Collect

Account and identity information

When you create or use a Rig account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, profile information, authentication method, account identifiers, and other information necessary to create and secure your account.

A single Rig identity may be used to access more than one Rig product.

Google Sign-In and other authentication providers

If you choose to sign in using Google or another third-party authentication provider, we receive information that provider makes available to us based on the permissions you approve.

For standard Google Sign-In, this may include your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier.

We do not receive your Google password.

Using Google to sign in does not by itself give The Rig Platform access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars, or other Google services. If a Rig product later offers an optional integration that requires additional Google permissions, those permissions will be requested separately and the applicable use of that information will be disclosed.

We use information received through Google authentication to authenticate you, maintain your Rig identity, secure your account, and provide services you request.

We do not sell Google user data or use Google authentication data for targeted advertising.

Organizations, Memberships, and Product Access

The Rig Platform allows one person to participate in one or more organizations, studios, businesses, teams, or other workspaces.

We may maintain information about the organizations you belong to, your role within them, invitations you receive or send, the Rig products an organization may access, and the status or source of that access.

This shared platform information allows you to use one Rig identity across participating products without requiring a separate identity for every Rig.

Information You Provide Through Rig Products

Individual Rig products may collect information necessary to provide their particular services.

Depending on the product you use, this may include business or professional profile information, studio or organization information, client or customer records, project or session information, intake responses, communications, contracts, invoices, scheduling information, uploaded photographs or videos, portfolio content, links, files, or other information you choose to provide.

The particular types of information collected depend on the Rig products and features you use.

Customer-Managed Information

Some Rig products allow businesses or professionals to collect or manage information about their own clients, customers, participants, talent, team members, guests, or other individuals.

For this information, the business or professional using the Rig product generally determines why the information is collected and how it is used. The Rig Platform processes that information to provide the services requested by that customer.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, releases, or consents required for information they collect through the services.

The Rig Platform may separately use limited account, security, transaction, and service information for our own legitimate business purposes, such as operating the platform, preventing fraud, maintaining security, providing support, and complying with law.

Media and User Content

Rig products may allow you to upload photographs, video, graphics, documents, portfolio materials, profile information, or other content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

We process and store that content as necessary to provide the services you request, including hosting, displaying, transmitting, organizing, delivering, transforming, backing up, securing, or otherwise processing the content as required by the applicable feature.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded creative work.

Cross-Rig Information

The Rig Platform is designed so that one identity can work across multiple Rig products.

Certain shared information, such as your Rig identity, organizations, memberships, product access, account preferences, and billing relationships, may be used across participating Rig products where necessary to provide the Platform.

Product-specific content remains associated with the applicable product unless you choose or authorize a feature that moves, references, shares, or makes that information available to another Rig.

For example, a cross-Rig workflow may allow content received through one Rig to be added to a professional profile in another Rig. When such functionality is available, the transfer or sharing will occur through the feature you choose to use.

My Rig and Public Information

Some Rig services may allow you to create public pages, profiles, portfolios, links, directory listings, or other content designed to be viewed by others.

Information you intentionally publish through a public feature may be accessible to anyone who can view that page and may be indexed, shared, copied, or otherwise distributed outside The Rig Platform.

You control which eligible information you choose to publish, subject to the settings available within the applicable product.

Payments and Billing

When you purchase a subscription, product, service, or paid feature, payment information may be processed by our payment providers.

We may receive transaction information such as your billing status, customer identifier, subscription status, amount paid, payment method type, and related transaction information.

We generally do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Communications

We may collect information when you contact support, send us feedback, respond to a survey, communicate with us, or use messaging functionality within a Rig product.

We may send transactional communications such as account verification messages, password resets, receipts, service notices, security notifications, booking information, gallery notifications, and other messages necessary to provide the services.

Where permitted, we may also send product announcements or marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications while continuing to receive necessary transactional messages.

Device, Usage, and Security Information

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, login activity, timestamps, pages or features used, error information, and security events.

We use this information to operate the services, troubleshoot problems, understand product performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect our users and systems.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Rig Platform and its products may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, user preferences, product functionality, analytics, and performance.

Some cookies or storage mechanisms are necessary for the service to function properly.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; provide Rig products and features; maintain organizations and memberships; determine product access; process payments; deliver uploaded content; provide customer support; send service communications; maintain security; investigate fraud or abuse; improve our products; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers and Subprocessors

We use third-party service providers to help operate The Rig Platform and its products.

These providers may perform services involving hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, databases, file storage, content delivery, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, monitoring, customer support, communications, and related technical functions.

They receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

We may maintain a separate list of subprocessors used by The Rig Platform and its products.

Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, court order, regulation, or government request.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, prevent abuse, protect the security of the services, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of The Rig Platform, our customers, our users, or others.

If Bespoke Visionaries LLC or part of its business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the Rig product involved.

When information is deleted, copies may remain temporarily in backups, security systems, transaction records, or other systems where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

These safeguards may include encrypted communications, access controls, authentication controls, private storage mechanisms, logging, security monitoring, and other protections appropriate to the type of information involved.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights relating to your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information.

You may also have the right to appeal certain privacy decisions or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Requests may be subject to reasonable identity verification and exceptions permitted by law.

California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Where those laws apply, you may have rights to request information about personal data we maintain, request correction or deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain uses.

The Rig Platform does not sell personal information.

If our practices change in a way that creates additional opt-out rights under applicable law, we will provide the required controls and disclosures.

International Users

If you access the services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Users in jurisdictions including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Brazil, and other regions may have additional rights under their local privacy laws.

Children and Minors

The general Rig account service is not directed to children under 13.

Certain businesses using Rig products may collect information relating to minors as part of customer-managed workflows, such as photography sessions, events, or participant records. In those situations, the customer using the applicable Rig product is responsible for having appropriate authority, permissions, or consent to provide and process that information.

If a Rig product is specifically designed to permit accounts or services for minors, additional notices, permissions, parental controls, or consent requirements may apply and will be disclosed for that product.

If we learn that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable children’s privacy law, we will take appropriate action.

Product-Specific Privacy Notices

Certain features may have additional privacy requirements.

For example, The Capture Rig’s optional AI Photo Finder feature is governed by a separate AI Photo Finder and Biometric Privacy Notice describing how facial matching is performed, how consent works, and how related information is handled.

Product-specific notices supplement this Privacy Policy. If a product-specific notice provides more specific protections or requirements for a particular feature, that notice applies to that feature.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as The Rig Platform and its products evolve.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
